Welcome to Anju Shree Hotel. By using our website or making a booking, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Booking & Reservation

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Anju Shree Hotel.
• You must provide accurate personal and payment details at the time of booking.
• Check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• A valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in for all adult guests.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Free cancellation: Up to 48 hours before the scheduled check-in date.
• Cancellations within 48 hours of check-in will be charged 100% of the total booking amount.
• No-shows will be charged the full booking amount with no refund.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

3. Payment

• We accept credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and net banking via secure payment gateways.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
• GST Number: 23AAMCS4408H1ZE is our registered GSTIN.

4. User Conduct

• Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards staff, other guests, and hotel property.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited in non-smoking rooms and common areas.
• Pets are not allowed unless explicitly permitted in writing prior to arrival.
• Parties, loud music, or illegal activities are strictly forbidden on the premises.

5. Liability

• Anju Shree Hotel is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to guests or their property except where caused by our gross negligence.
• We reserve the right to refuse service or evict guests who violate these terms without any refund.
• In case of unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, government orders), we reserve the right to modify or cancel bookings with full refunds.

6. Modifications to Terms

We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any updates will be posted on this page, and the "Last Updated" date will be revised accordingly. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
